Guys, guys, guys... I found a great employer who hires TONS of remote customer service and technical support positions and I can't wait to share this employer with you today! One of the great things that I love about this employer is that they offer such a wide variety of roles based on the type of client that you'd be supporting. From my research, it appears that many clients that Teleperformance provides service to are in the financial, healthcare, insurance, retail and other types of industries. In terms of benefits, I was able to identify that Teleperformance provides a strategic and thorough onboarding and training program for it's new hires. So if you don't have recent, or "traditional", customer service experience, don't worry- they pride themselves on effectively training all of their new team members so that they can be set up for success in their role.
