They hold the esteemed title of being the “#1 Website For Remote Jobs” and not only share THOUSANDS (yes, literally thousands) of remote jobs on their website but also have a plethora of resources, tips and tools available on their website. They provide resources like Employer Spotlights, Career Advice, Job Search Strategy Webinars as well as resource guides to help you through not only your job search but to assist you as you transition throughout your career.
FlexJobs was founded in 2007 by CEO Sara Sutton. Sara has this fantastic story of how FlexJobs was founded and shares that after she became a parent, she started seeing the benefits of working from home and started to search for a remote job. She felt that she saw sooo many scams and scheme’s online that it was very challenging to find legit remote jobs. She saw the need in the market and developed FlexJobs as a platform and community where people could go to not only find their dream jobs but also to assist them with transitions throughout their careers.

Is The Membership Worth It
In my opinion, it is WELL worth the affordable expense. If you’re reading this blog, I’m sure you can agree that the job search process for ANY job can be tenuous and challenging and when you try to narrow it to specifically identifying remote and work from home jobs, it can get even more frustrating.
FlexJobs takes the headache out of trying to find remote jobs and is like a secret diamond in the internet that MANY job seekers don’t know about. If you’re not actively looking for work, it may be a waste of money. However, if you’re actively looking and searching for a new job opportunity, and you KNOW that you want the freedom of working from home, I would highly recommend FlexJobs to kick off your job search.
